Multiple Items

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned, delayed, or otherwise affected because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, S&L Finds cannot guarantee the security of the package.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and take reasonable precautions to receive deliveries safely.

If your package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and shipping materials in case they are required for an investigation with the carrier.

Shipping Delays
While we work to provide accurate shipping estimates, delays can occur because of circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe promised at checkout, we will provide the appropriate notice and options required by applicable law. Under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, online sellers generally must ship within the advertised timeframe or, when no timeframe is stated, have a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days. If that timeframe cannot be met, customers must generally be given an appropriate opportunity to cancel and receive a prompt refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped internationally, if applicable, customs duties, taxes, or other import charges may be imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

At this time, S&L Finds does not offer returns or refunds for general reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size or color, or simply deciding that a product is no longer wanted.

All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases made through S&L Finds are considered final sale.

We currently do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect color selection
Ordering the wrong product
Personal preference
Products that are no longer wanted
Minor differences in color or appearance caused by screen settings
Failure to review product information before purchasing
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered or an item arrives damaged, please retain the product and all original packaging.

Although our standard policy does not provide for returns or refunds, S&L Finds may review exceptional situations individually where required by applicable law or where we determine that an order issue warrants a resolution.

Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled
If S&L Finds cannot fulfill an order that has already been paid for, the order may be cancelled and the applicable payment refunded.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Shipping Delays
A shipping delay does not automatically create a general return or refund right under this policy. However, where applicable law requires a customer to be offered cancellation and a refund because an order cannot be shipped within the required timeframe, S&L Finds will comply with those requirements.
