Return & Refund Policy

At this time, S&L Finds does not offer returns or refunds for general reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size or color, or simply deciding that a product is no longer wanted.

Please carefully review product descriptions, images, sizing information, specifications, and other available product details before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases made through S&L Finds are considered final sale.

We currently do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Personal preference
  • Products that are no longer wanted
  • Minor differences in color or appearance caused by screen settings
  • Failure to review product information before purchasing

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered or an item arrives damaged, please retain the product and all original packaging.

Although our standard policy does not provide for returns or refunds, S&L Finds may review exceptional situations individually where required by applicable law or where we determine that an order issue warrants a resolution.

Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled

If S&L Finds cannot fulfill an order that has already been paid for, the order may be cancelled and the applicable payment refunded.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Shipping Delays

A shipping delay does not automatically create a general return or refund right under this policy. However, where applicable law requires a customer to be offered cancellation and a refund because an order cannot be shipped within the required timeframe, S&L Finds will comply with those requirements.

S&L Finds may update this Return & Refund Policy as our business practices change. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
