Order Processing
Because many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, processing times can vary by item. Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing times are noted on individual product pages when they differ from this range.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
• Domestic (US):5-15 business days
• International: 7-20 business days
Because items may ship from different suppliers or warehouses, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, and total delivery time can vary by product.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are free unless stated and if charges apply they will be calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear as the package moves through the carrier network.
Delays
Occasionally shipments are delayed due to customs, high demand, weather, or carrier issues. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this affects your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at lorenzo@snlwholesale.com and we'll investigate with the carrier/supplier.
